Inspired by her connections to Colombian and Californian landscapes, artist Natalia Corazza creates mystical sceneries that capture the sense of longing as a condition of our own desire. Her paintings examine the supernatural as we abandon logic or reason when confronted by impermanence. Corazza reveals the intimacy that exists within vulnerability as we seek for answers through gifts, guidance, faith, dreams and imagination. By means of gaze, touch, light, transparency, and vibrance, Corazza’s paintings embrace delusion, inviting us to indulge in midnight temptation and pursue comfort in the unknown.
