Kim Le, also known as Komie, is a second generation Vietnamese-American from Houston. Much of her work is influenced by her upbringing and cultural roots. She expresses an indecisive nature through clustered compositions as she experiences an upbringing in a diverse environment as a Vietnamese American woman. She is currently attending Texas State University earning a BFA in Fine Arts concentrating on ceramics.
